Does Bally provide Free Shipping?

Bally offers Standard Delivery for all purchases, with the exception when the order contains solely shoe care products. The standard shipping cost of $5.99 applies to orders that include solely products for shoe care. You can shop online and pick up your items from the selected Bally stores.

What is Bally's Return / Exchange Policy?

All Bally purchases, excluding shoes care products can be returned for a credit without shipping costs. Returns must be received within 14 days of date of delivery of the item. To return an item visit your account and input your order information in the section "Check order." Choose the product you would like to return and choose an item to return. Accept and read the conditions and terms. Make sure to pack your return with particular care to include return note. Place your return label that you have purchased on the top of the box. Return your package at any UPS drop-off location. You may also reach Bally Client Services via phone or mail your order back to a retailer. Return request via email by using this Model withdraw form. Note that Bally will only accept returns from stores within the country of delivery. There is a 14-day period from the date of delivery to make your return request. Follow the return instructions following the instructions above. If you want to use a different courier to deliver your package You can do that, however the return shipping charges are your responsibility and are not refundable. After your goods have been received in their facility, Bally credits the reimbursement to the credit card or payment method that was originally used. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
