If you wish to cancel your session you are able to do so within 24 hours prior to the session's start date as indicated in the Your Account setting. You will be credited for the entire amount of your session which can be applied to the next session. If you are a no-show for your session, your trainer will still be paid to cover the lost income of you not showing up or not canceling/rescheduling on time. As a result, you will not receive a credit for your session. Do note that there will not be any refunds given for sessions that are not used in the cancelled subscription.
