Is There a Floom UK Delivery Policy?

Regular delivery costs $14.99 Same-day delivery costs $19.99. Not all floral arrangements are available for same-day deliveries. Look for arrangements that have the "Available today" tag. Same-day deliveries are available until 1 p.m. at EST.

What Is Floom UK's Refund Policy?

If you get a bouquet that isn't top-quality Contact customer service. Any complaints regarding an untrue order or poor quality flowers should be filed within two days from receiving the flowers. All complaints must be accompanied by photographs. Service will reply within 24hrs of receiving your request for a claim. Refunds are made on a case-by-case basis and could take up to 7 days to complete. All Floom UK orders are final sales. No cancellations are allowed. Flowers substituted because of the availability of the market do not qualify to claim reimbursement. If you do not apply your coupon code in the process of placing an order, Floom UK will not refund the discount amount.
